I have often been told that I am unfit for politics. I speak my mind and I speak the truth when I know it. I often go out on a limb and I am not averse to being politely corrected when I am wrong.
Some say this makes me unfit to work in politics.
I say it makes me the best candidate because it breaks the status quo. “That’s not how it’s done!” I say that’s how it should be done and so that’s how I do it.
